I can only help a little with Dylan Neal. He was a soap actor from either Bold and the Beautiful or Days of our Lives. Also he was on Aaron Spelling's Pacific Palisades (A nighttime soap) and then on a show on WB with the guy who played Zack on Saved by the bell. They played brothers in a small town.
